All credit card information is encrypted when the order is processed. We do not keep the credit cfadgetsard numbers in our servers. At our sole discretion we may cancel an order, in full or in part, and issue a refund in cases including but not limited to, fraud, suspected fraud, orders to certain countries, regions or IP address, incomplete address, missing or invalid contact number, site malfunction, product availability, errors in price, shipping quotes or tax rate. We may also contact you by phone or by e-mail to validate your personal information or to get any additional information pertaining to the fulfillment or your order. Canadian orders are charged taxes as follow, depending on destination:
- Quebec 14.975% Quebec Sales Tax.
- Ontario, NB, NF & NS: 13% HST.
- PEI: 14% HST
- Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, BC and The Territories: 5% GST.
We do not charge taxes on international orders but they may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when they arrive. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your state or country, please check with your local customs office for more information. The shipping charges you pay do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to us and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. It is possible that the delivery of your order be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. What is our return policy?
You may return a product for refund, or exchange within 14 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us if you wish to return your order and we will send you an RMA number.
If your order is returned for reasons including but not limited to: Incomplete or wrong address, if you refuse to accept the package, or if don’t follow up with the courier company to receive your package. The courier company will charge us the return shipping fees. Once we receive the package, we will then refund the original value of your order minus the shipping fees as well as the return shipping fees.
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged. All items we ship are in perfect condition. If your item was damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item, please send us a picture of the item within 14 days of the original shipping date to arrange for a refund or exchange. We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase. We may require that the item(s) be returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories where applicable.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are sent back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, and that your item(s) is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not marked as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item. When your item is received, you will be issued a refund through your original payment method (credit card or PayPal) for the merchandise only. Magnets sticking together or becoming attached to a metallic object inside the human body can cause serious or fatal injury. Seek immediate medical help if the magnets are swallowed or inhaled.
Magnets should never be left unattended when children are present, always store your magnets in a secure location.
Magnets should never be put in the mouth, ears, nose, or any other bodily orifice.
Strong magnets in can damage or destroy some electronic devices. Therefore, it should never be put close to or directly in contact with electronic products. Strong magnets can even damage electronic medical devices. Magnets should never be handled, used by, or brought near anyone with a pacemaker or other electronic medical device.
Strong magnets can also damage or destroy information stored magnetically. Some examples of these are: credit card strips, floppy disks and hard disks. Therefore magnets should not be put close to or directly in contact with any type of magnetically stored data.
Special precautions have to be taken when handling extra powerful magnets. Metallic objects and other magnets will be attracted to the magnet with amazing strength and velocity. If a body part is placed between the powerful magnet and another magnet or a metallic object, it is powerful enough to break skin or small bones. When handling this magnet, we strongly suggest that you use thick work gloves and wear safety glasses. When manipulating or unwrapping your powerful magnet, ensure that no other magnet or metallic object is located within a 1 meter radius. We are not responsible and cannot be held liable for any injury or damage that may occur following the usage of any of our products.
Our products are not intended to treat, diagnose or cure any diseases.

You are also agreeing to absolve NeoMagnetic Inc., any of its employees, officers or investors from any responsibility regarding to any resulting injury, including but not limited to, financial or physical, resulting from any use or misuse of any of our products, both now and in the future.
Since we cannot control how you will play and experiment with your Neodymium Magnets, we cannot provide a warranty against wear and tear. However, we guarantee that your Neodymium Magnets will arrive in good working condition. Keep in mind that Neodymium is a very brittle material and that Neodymium magnets may crack, break or chip if snapped together or dropped on a hard surface.
LED Strips and electronic devices:
We will honor a one year warranty to cover any manufacturer’s defect. The warranty becomes null and void after inappropriate usage, including but not limited to:
- Usage at temperatures or in environments outside of guidelines
- Tempering with physical integrity of the item (cutting, soldering, rewiring etc.)
- Usage of a power supply other than the one sold by NeoMagnetic, when applicable.
- Inappropriate installation and/or installation made by unqualified individual (professional installation recommended).
- Water damage
- Physical damage
In-Warranty return process:
In the unlikely event that your product is defective, we invite you to follow the below stated procedure to return your item.
1) Contact us in order to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
2) Once you have received your RMA number, simply return your item to us. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping charges and we recommend that you take insurance along with a tracking number.
3) After we have assessed that the return item is subject to warranty, we will at our sole discretion either: a) Repair the item at no cost. b) Replacement with a new or refurbished item of the same or similar model, always at no cost to you.
NeoMagnetic will cover the cost of shipping to return the item to you at the original address of purchase. Charges will apply should you wish to have the item shipped to a different location.
