We accept Credit cards (Visa & MasterCard) as well as PayPal payments. All your personal information is securely transmitted to our Web site using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption key from GeoTrust. All credit card information is encrypted when the order is processed. We do not keep the credit card numbers in our servers. We use secure servers protected by the strongest firewalls currently available on the market.

To place your order, just add items to your shopping cart, once you are ready to complete your order click on checkout. On the checkout page, select your country, state or province and enter your postal or zip code to generate a valid quote including your purchase and shipping. Simply follow the prompts and fill in the blanks to complete your order.

At our sole discretion we may cancel an order, in full or in part, and issue a refund in cases including but not limited to, fraud, suspected fraud, orders to certain countries, regions or IP address, incomplete address, missing or invalid contact number, site malfunction, product availability, errors in price, shipping quotes or tax rate. We may also contact you by phone or by e-mail to validate your personal information or to get any additional information pertaining to the fulfillment or your order. Return Policy

What is our return policy?
You may return a product for refund, or exchange within 14 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us if you wish to return your order and we will send you an RMA number.

If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged. All items we ship are in perfect condition. If your item was damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item, please send us a picture of the item within 14 days of the original shipping date to arrange for a refund or exchange. We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase. We may require that the item(s) be returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories where applicable.

If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are sent back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, and that your item(s) is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not marked as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item. When your item is received, you will be issued a refund through your original payment method (credit card or PayPal) for the merchandise only. If you have any concerns or issues with your order please contact us, we will do everything possible to resolve your issues or address your concerns. Shipping Charges: How much is shipping?

It depends on what you are ordering, how much you are ordering, and where it is shipped. All items ship from Montreal Canada, you can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and entering your postal code or zip code and country in the Shipping Estimator on the cart page.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

We do our utmost to ship all orders within 1 business day. All Canadian orders ship with Canada Post Expedited Parcels Or XpressPost and are typically received within 2 to 6 business days. American orders ship with Canada Post Small Packets Surface or Air (you can choose your preferred shipping method when you check out). Air Mail orders are usually received within 4 to 10 business days and Surface Mail between 6 to 12 business days. As soon as we pack your order we will update your account status to "shipped" and a notification e-mail will be sent to you. If available for your selected shipping method, your tracking number will also be added to your order details. Buy with full confidence, your order will be shipped promptly and securely

International Shipping: Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! After placing items in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout area. Complete the Shipping and Billing information, including selecting your country. We have chosen Canada Post Air Mail shipping as the carrier for our International orders. They offer reasonable shipping rates (compared to other express carriers) and fast delivery times, 6 to 12 business days.

Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes on my order?

Canadian orders are charged taxes as follow, depending on destination:

- Quebec and Maritimes: for those destinations, we will consider that the client takes ownership of the goods from the province of Quebec (FOB Quebec), consequently the 14.975% Quebec Sales Tax will be billed.

- Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan: for those destinations, we will consider that the client takes ownership of the goods as they enter Ontario (FOB Ontario), consequently the 13% Ontario HST will be charged.

- Alberta, BC and The Territories: for those destinations, we will consider that the client takes ownership of the goods as they enter Alberta (FOB Alberta), consequently the 5% GST will be charged.

We do not charge taxes on international orders but they may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when they arrive. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your state or country, please check with your local customs office for more information. The shipping charges you pay do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to us and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. It is possible that the delivery of your order be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order.
